We make it easy to order on our site by giving you a few ways to find what you are looking for!


Search: Enter a description number into the Search Bar, (ie: “Silver Diamond Bead” or “Rose Lobster Clasp”. You can also enter a full or partial reference number into the search box like “FRG1001” or “28004”


Browsing: Click through our many product categories and subcategories with the help of our search filter on the left side of the web page to narrow your results. You can narrow your results by features like Metal Type, Metal Color, and Size just to name a few.


Quick Order: If you know the reference number of any item you need, simply type it into the Quick Order box along with the quantity you need. The item will be added to your cart and quantity discounts will be applied automatically.


PLEASE NOTE: We try our best to keep product pictures to scale with other similar items, but please use the item descriptions and specifications to gauge the actual sizes.


Please review your order before submitting it to us! After your order is placed, we begin preparation on it to have it shipped as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please have your order number ready and notify us as soon as possible by email or phone. We cannot make any promises regarding changes to a pending order, but will do our best to accommodate you.



Depending on the nature of the item and the quantity you need, we may be able to produce custom items to your specifications. We can normally give you a quick assessment within 3-5 business days whether your request is possible to fulfill along with a general expected time frame and approximate price quote. We require 50% deposit and will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. As a rule of thumb, we will not accept custom orders that total less than $1000 per item.

The Gempacked team operates out of the original Bella Findings and hopes to share our legendary selection, pricing, and service to a new, online audience.

All items we offer for sale are compliant with California Proposition 65 which places strict limits on the content of hazardous materials in consumer goods like jewelry. According to CA Prop 65, metal items for use in jewelry which are NOT entirely made from precious metals (karat gold, sterling silver, platinum, or stainless steel), require lead and cadmium testing. We occasionally display prices that are incorrect as a result of computer error. If this happens for an item in your order, we will notify you about the mistake as soon as possible. If the price is only slightly different than the true price, we will normally accept the price obtained at checkout, but we reserve the right to not honor priced quoted as a result of computer error.

Our goal is to help you sell your finished pieces by providing competitive prices on all of the products we offer. We keep our prices low so you can sell your finished pieces easier and come back soon!


When you register at Gempacked, you gain access to wholesale pricing, quantity discounts, and promotions on all of our items. You can browse our catalog, see base pricing and even place orders as a guest but must be logged in to gain access to the benefits we offer. Signing up is quick and easy, and resale or tax identification numbers are not necessary to receive wholesale pricing.


Our products are intended mainly to be resold as components in finished jewelry, so we have a wholesale pricing structure designed to help you save on items that are ordered in large quantities. If you are looking to purchase bulk quantities significantly larger than listed for our price breaks, please contact us for quotes on specific items.



We change our prices frequently to give you the most competitive prices based on current market values. It is necessary for us to adjust our prices to reflect changes in the precious metal market, currency exchange rates, manufacturer labor costs, etc. Depending on market fluctuations, product prices will sometimes go up, and sometimes they will go down.



We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of California, but are required to collect state sales tax of 9% on all orders shipped within the state unless the customer provides us with a valid California Resale Number issued by the state Board of Equalization. Customers outside of California do not need to provide us with resale or tax identification numbers to be exempt from sales tax.


**If you are shipping within California and have a valid CA resale number, we have an area at checkout to enter it along with your shipping information before finalizing your order. Sales tax will be deducted and you will automatically be added to our tax exempt group.**



Our online inventory is not updated in real time, but we do our best to keep available stock of all the items displayed on our site. In the event that we are sold out of a specific item, we will need to contact you to confirm whether it is ok to send a partial shipment or substitute a similar item that is in stock.


We keep track of all backordered and wish-listed items and will let you know when they come back in stock.


Please note: All backordered items are charged according to the current price when the order is shipped and may vary from the price at the time of the original order.


If you are not satisfied with any item you received from us, you can return the items in their original condition for a full refund to the account you used for payment on the original transaction. Simply open an RMA number within 30 days of purchase, and we will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding the next steps to complete your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Product Exceptions:


The following items are not eligible for any type of refund or exchange:

  • - Metal Wire
  • - Chains by Foot
  • - Swarovski Crystals
  • - Custom or special ordered items
  • - Items that we suspect have been altered from their original condition
  • - Incomplete bead strands or incomplete sets of items*


*Beads and Pearls by sold by strand must be strung on its original wire to be accepted for returns. Please don't send us back a bag of loose beads if they originally came strung on wire or cord. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or not accept loose beads sold by strand.


Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you receive approval for your RMA. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or to revoke approval for your returns after this time period. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We do our best to make sure that all the items in your order are as you requested and pass quality control. If you received items that were somehow defective or different from what you ordered, please open an RMA number and we will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding the problem.

We recommend insuring your items and shipping in a padded envelope or box to avoid any damage during shipping process as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. After arrival of returned merchandise, we will exchange it, credit your account, or refund your money.


We will either re-set missing stones in pave components or provide loose replacement stones free of charge on items purchased from us in the past 6 months. We will ship items to you free of charge, but the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us according to the guidelines outlined in the “How to Return Items” section of this page.


If an item was received defective or somehow became faulty within 30 days of purchase, please open an RMA and we will contact you within 1-2 business days. We need your feedback on the nature of the problem in order to improve the quality of our products and to determine the best steps for providing you replacements.
