Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receiving your order, sometimes even the same day. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your shipment and wait until we hear back from you before proceeding.

Free Shipping On Orders Over $200 (within the USA)

We offer Free Shipping options for orders over $200 shipped within the USA. For your protection, we recommend using options that require signature but can ship without signature on lower value packages. 

International Orders:

- We ship worldwide to nearly every country.

- We recommend FedEx for most orders, which includes both tracking and insurance. 

- We offer lower cost shipping for orders under $200 through the United States Postal Service, however this shipping method does not include insurance. It also has limited tracking to some countries. This option is best for smaller orders which are not time sensitive, but please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged post office shipments.

- Please keep in mind that you must be ready to pay any applicable duties or customs taxes in your home country. In some cases, you may need to call the shipping company or a customs agency in your home country to clear your package. We can provide NAFTA certificates for Canada and Mexico, or other forms if your country has Free Trade Agreements with the USA.

- We list all items as "unfinished components" or "unfinished findings" with a full itemized copy of the invoice.

Insurance and Lost Packages:

All of our shipping options include insurance (except USPS First Class). If your package is lost or damaged, you will not be held responsible for the cost of goods and we will either replace or refund your shipment. Lost/damaged packages have happened only a handful of times out of thousands of packages over the years but if it does happen, please allow us time to work with the shipping carrier to carry out the investigation and claims process. It generally takes 2 weeks before we can resolve it.

We mainly offer First Class shipping as a low cost option for small orders that are not time sensitive. We have had very few problems over the years, but we still recommend that you use options which are insured as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen First Class packages.
