Order Conditions

How we process payments:

  • When you submit your order, we will initiate a one-time payment authorization for the amount displayed at checkout. We will complete the charge only when your order is ready to send.
  • In some cases, the final order total may change due to quantities of goods shipped.
    • If this is due to items being low on stock or quality control issues found while processing your order, we will confirm the new total with you by email, phone, or text message.
    • If this is due to items sold by weight, we will only confirm the new amount if the difference for that specific item is greater than 15%.
  • The charge will appear as "Gempacked" on your statement.


Please be aware that depending on your payment processor, the pending charge may temporarily remain statement for up to 1-2 business days after we run the finalized charge. In some cases this may appear to be a double charge, but will disappear on its own. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. 


Item Returns:

If you are not satisfied with any item you received from us, you can return the items in their original condition for a full refund to the account you used for payment on the original transaction. Simply open an RMA number within 30 days of purchase, and we will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding the next steps to complete your return. If you need to exchange an item in your order, you will need to return the items and place a new order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Product Exceptions:


The following items are not eligible for any type of refund or exchange:

  • - Metal Wire
  • - Chains by Foot
  • - Swarovski Crystals
  • - Custom or special ordered items
  • - Items that we suspect have been altered from their original condition
  • - Incomplete bead strands or incomplete sets of items*


*Beads and Pearls by sold by strand must be strung on its original wire to be accepted for returns. Please don't send us back a bag of loose beads if they originally came strung on wire or cord. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or not accept loose beads sold by strand.


Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you receive approval for your RMA. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or to revoke approval for your returns after this time period. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Shipping Times:

We understand the importance of being able to get your jewelry components quickly and reliably, and we do our very best to ship your order the same day or within 1 business day of receiving payment your order.

Exceptions: We will be unable to ship within 1 business day for any of the following reasons which are beyond our control:

  • Being unable to contact the customer regarding back ordered items
  • Incorrect billing or shipping address
  • Problems or issues regarding payment
  • Delays attributed directly to the shipping carrier
  • Natural disaster or other significant local event 


Please Note: Our online inventory is not updated in real time, but we do our best to keep available stock of all the items displayed on our site. In the event that we are sold out of a specific item, we will need to contact you to confirm whether it is ok to send a partial shipment or substitute a similar item that is in stock.


Modifying Orders after Placing them:

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the order is correct during checkout. We cannot guarantee that we can make modifications to orders once they have been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to make a change.


Metal market prices are locked at the time of order:

Our prices fluctuate up and down based on gold and silver markets, but the metal rate becomes locked when you place your order. If you decide to return any items, we will follow the price shown on the invoice. 


"Using" or "Borrowing" our Content:

Jewelry designing is a creative process and we do our best to continuously produce engaging content that helps inspire your best work. We encourage you to share and enjoy the content we post for personal use, but all media content found on Gempacked.com and on our subsidiary pages including (but not limited to) social media pages, tutorials, and blogs are the intellectual property of Gempacked LLC. All content we produce may not be used, modified, or reproduced for the purpose of selling, promoting, or advertising without the advanced written consent of Cyrus Nemani, Founder/CEO of Gempacked LLC. We also reserve the right to revoke permission to use our media at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny orders:

Gempacked reserves the right to choose not to process orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activities. We utilize third-party tools and systems to assess the likelihood of fraud associated with incoming orders. Ultimately, the final decision to process orders rests solely with our company, and we exercise this discretion to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform. It is worth mentioning that we only charge our customers at the time of shipping and solely for the items that are actually sent. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a secure environment for all our customers.
